THE MOVE IS COMPLETE!!   I am finally moved over to the new location inside DR FITNESS at 2428 Palumbo Drive Suite #140, Lexington, KY 40509. This new location is easily accessible from both New Circle Rd and Man O War. The Phone number is still the same BUT......I have changed my ON LINE BOOKING to Schedulicity.com but all you still have to do is click the SCHEDULE NOW button above and you can make your appointment with ease.

This is a GREAT opportunity to work within a fitness facility among like minded individuals such as Drew and Ross, the owners of DR FITNESS. They have a great staff of personal trainers, so if you're thinking about getting in shape, this is a great time to check them out!

Remember to use the 'SCHEDULE NOW" button in the menu bar to go straight to the online scheduler to check appointment availability.

PLEASE NOTE: I do now require a credit card to HOLD your appointment.....This is ONLY for HOLDING the appointment and not for payment. You will still pay me at the conclusion of the session. I hope this does not inconvenience anyone but it needed to be instituted to keep people from not showing up for their appointment. I'm sure you understand and I thank you!
